About Us

Based out of Conestoga PA, Magpie Building & Design was started by Sean, wife Kelly, and daughter Maggie (Magpie) in the spring of 2022. Sean’s passion for creating started with his first home, a log cabin he built at the age of 18. After years in commercial construction and building materials sales he realized what he liked most was working directly with customers on residential projects. With a conscious effort to build sustainably, reduce waste, and recycle materials Magpie Building & Design understands the importance of protecting the environment for future generations.
